How does LED light therapy work?

Wavelengths
Different wavelengths of light are perceived by our eyes as different colors. Depending on how deeply they penetrate, they affect different layers of the skin.
The light is absorbed by the mitochondria — the “powerhouses” of the cells — increasing ATP production and activating the skin’s natural repair processes. The result is improved skin recovery, enhanced radiance, a more even skin tone and reduced inflammation.
The technology is completely non-invasive and is based on photobiomodulation, a method with documented biological effects.
